Daily entry #1
After a long flight and arriving softly in Yagon Myanmar, I think back to the begging of our journey, and thank God for all the safe travles. We started in Philadelphia, saying goodbye to mother at 5:30am (est) and from their traveling from Phili. To Los Angeles where we had a short rest before boarding a double decker plane, First to Tokyo, then to Singapore where we showered and got ready for our final flight to Yangoon. Where we came to our final destination and our home for the next 6 days.(this is my formal report)
I would now like to go into more detail. I can only tell about how the airports where and the different things in each location. First, is Tokyo. We boarded the plane which, when we where shone kindly to our seat by the wawaiting stewardess. Found myself thanking God for the entertainment system that awaited me at my seat.(although a bed is what really would have set it all off, but alas it 'twas not so...) I sat down at my seat, navigated the inflight entertainment system until it was known to me like the back of my hand. Then just as I started watching a movie, the flight attendant comes up to me and says "sir, it is time for lunch" then hands me a tray full of food. (I was happier than a three year old on Christmas Eve.) I arrived at Tokyo, expecting a city of bright neon lights and people wearing flowery dresses with white make up on. Nope, it was just like all the other airports. I boarded the plane that would take me to Yangon. I sat down and once again food came. I had many cups of tea, around my fourth cup the man smiled and took my tea and said he would return. I knew that smile was fake, beacause for the next two hours he never returned with my tea :(
